Fiji - Yanuca Island: Batiluva Beach Resort & Frigate Passage

On the second day, the weather seems to have improved, so we all head to Frigate's in the morning.

Heading out to Frigate's Passage

Mike goes out on his surfboard, Ryan on his body board and Mel and I stay on the boat to
take pictures.

Frigate Passage is apparently also an amazing dive spot with a 158ft wall. But
Ryan spooked me a bit when he recounted that his friend had surfed here and some divers had taken
a picture of him with his legs dangling from his surfboard and a tiger shark not far below... But
Mel decides to go in for a brief snorkel anyway and litterally leaps back in to the boat a few
minutes later as she all of sudden spots a black tip reef shark!

The boys get some surf although there aren't too many waves around.

Heading back to Batiluva

Later, we have fun watching Ryan's GoPro footage. Mike's been missing Mexican food, so Sharen makes us tacos for dinner - not such an easy task when you also have to make your own tortillas and sour cream!
