On January 2nd we decide to rent a small aluminium boat from Smitty and Jocelyn to go round the island, and invite Laure and Nico to join us. We see some amazing shades of blue that day and catch a little too much sun but what a great way to see the island! Mike also gets in a surf session at the Itii Pass on the way home, which makes him very happy.
